This week a party of students had the experience of visiting Jaquar Land Rover as part of their design technology lessons. This was a unique opportunity to witness the production of two of the UK’s most exciting and iconic cars, the Range Rover Evoque and the Discovery Sport.

The students gained a real experience their subject in an amazing working environment. During their visit, they walked over two miles on the factory tour!

Jaquar Land Rover guides praised Alsop students for their knowledge of design processes. Students were able to ask questions about the manufacturing processes. Students were keen to learn how these vehicles are distributed and sold, to countries across the globe.
