Personal Development Review takes place from 8.25 - 9am when the students are registered for the day with their form tutor. As part of our Character Education, it focusses on our core values of Ambition, Respect and Community through the personal development curriculum. Important topics such as protected characteristics, tolerance, diversity, careers and opportunities are explored in these sessions. Sessions also focus on student resilience, revision techniques, mindfulness and mental health and wellbeing.

Alongside this essential personal development curriculum are curriculum interventions, literacy and reading sessions, student voice and leadership drives and our Duke of Edinburgh programme. The programme that students follow is meaningful and important start, setting the students up for the rest of the day
