Plenty of fabulous things have gone on in June as Alsop High School as we celebrated pride month turning the school from emerald green to all the colours of the rainbow - This is something we often do in July to highlight our commitment to all forms of equality in school and beyond.

Pupils and staff have enjoyed an afternoon tea party which was kindly facilitated by Ashlea and Louise and there was a strong showing for the pride T-shirt competition with submissions ranging from beautiful rainbow designs to powerful messages. Thank you to everyone who made a submission, many of the designs were so good that we could not so we decided that we will be awarding a joint first place to a number of pupils.
